The funds are always backed by below market value property. We allow our investors to have full transparency on the account and provide regular reporting on the fund’s performance. The fund is professionally audited by our nominated accountants at the end of each tax year.

WHAT IF THERE IS A MARKET DOWNTURN?

By only investing in short-term deals, market turns can be easily seen and anticipated. We are never left surprised. By purchasing below market value, we ensure that that we can always exit the market without risking your capital. The worst-case scenario is that you get all your money back.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY RETURNS?

You have the option to release your returns on an annual basis or re-invest them in the fund for a compounded return. We are here to adapt to your investment objectives.

WHAT IF I WANT MY CAPITAL INVESTMENT BACK?

If for any reason you require your capital investment returned, we require a minimum of six months’ notice. This is necessary in order for us to keep our fund profitable. Emergency exceptions can sometimes be accommodated with sufficient notice and allowing for profitable dissolution of the invested funds.
